Dr. Shaye was very kind and put me at ease immediately. He thoroughly answered all my questions and prepared me as to next steps. Even though it was a 5:30pm appointment I didn’t feel rushed. He was willing to spend all the time needed for me to be assured. When a nerve in my shoulder started spasms, he stopped his explanation and provided ice packs. I felt he really saw me as an individual, which gave me the confidence I needed.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Lashkari. He’s caring and compassionate and I feel so well taken care of by him. I trust him and his judgment. I’m grateful to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Ho is caring, straightforward and speaks plainly about my condition and treatment options. Everybody in the office is friendly and helpful. I've never met anybody who can draw blood as quickly and painlessly as Dan!

I been seeing DR Shaye since DR Zietz retired. He is very much there for me. He takes care to schedule all the test . I mean to say he is attentive to all my requirements . I moved south 93 miles and still will not give up Dr Shaye . I have much confidence with him and can not give that up.

The doctor took time to explain the purpose of my blood work, even with a diagram. That was a first!

Careful to watch patient’s condition, When I had some tingling in my hands and the foot, Dr. Ho reduce the dosage right away. I Had reaction /allergic to the medication, The nurse jumped out chair right away to stop my injection, many office numbers came to see me, give me oxygen and other treatment, I recovered after 15 minutes. Great team

Dr Ho is always so pleasant. He always finds time to chat for a few minutes. When i ask him a question he gives me an answer that I can understand. I am very comfortable during my appointment.
The staff in the office is very friendly and very helpful. My appointment is always on time. I have never waited more than 5 minutes.

The office is run well and they are both professional and empathetic. Melody was so wonderful on the phone and in person.
