I was a little nervous going to an oncologist for the first time. However, the wonderful staff helped me to feel more relaxed. Dr. Shaye was very professional and also quite friendly and reassuring. I gave a 5 star rating because Dr. Shaye was thorough in answering all of my questions, and I didn't feel rushed at any time.

I have terminal cancer.. Dr Ho and staff treat me with dignity and make a bad situation as good as it could be. I have been to several medical facilities and Dr Ho and staff without a doubt are second to none

My appts were always great. I couldn't wish for better staff. They are always respectful and helpful. And Dr Shay is fantastic. He explains everything and is never in a hurry. I would recommend Dr Shay to anyone that needs an Oncologist Hematologist.

Dr. Shaye and the entire team is exceptional!! I receive a warm welcome every time I go and I feel like family. Everyone is so friendly and they genuinely care about each patient. Dr. Shaye is extremely patient and explains everything in simple terms, making sure I understand. Going through cancer and treatment is very challenging, physically and emotionally, but having the best medical team makes a huge difference and is key to my healing journey.

As part of an annual physical, my MD ordered blood tests. I had no symptoms, but the MD didn't like what she saw. I then went to doctors of varing specialties, one suggesting I see an oncologist.
In 2015, enter Wellness Oncology and Dr. Omid Shaye who, via a bone marrow biopsy, definitively diagnosed I had a form of lymphoma. Since then, I have had consistently excellent care from a man born to do what he does. He explains things in detail, clearly and patiently, even writing notes for me to take for further digestion. After hours, he can be reached via the patient portal and often responds the same day. If not then, I hear back the next day.
Dr. Shaye has seen me though my worst moments and has enjoyed the best with me. I have been in remission for several years now, thanks only to his knowledge, caring and support. I now see him only 4x/yr.
Office staff: professional, caring, friendly. When I do come in, it's like visiting friends.
In short, Wellness Oncology & Dr. Shaye have been win, win, win for me!
