Dr. Lashkari beside being professional doctor, he is the most kindest and caring human being including his staff.

Dr. Lashkari is so caring and friendly and knowledgeable, and just nearly so darn perfect. His assistant Dan is fantastic at his job that when he draws blood, it's super easy, as he's generally such an amazing gentleman. The truly warm and wonderful secretary, Melodie, is excellent in following through, as she's so responsible and caring and wise, too. They are just simply a uniquely superior team.

During my first visit with Dr. Shaye, he described in detail the chemotherapy treatment I will be starting soon, and answered my questions about the side effects I may or may not experience. He stressed the need for me to maintain my weight and continue to exercise even when I don't feel like it.
All my doctors know Dr. Shaye either personally or by reputation. They told me I'm in very good hands!

Dr Ho’s staff are always compassionate and empathetic. The only issue I have ever had that’s not good, would be trying to get through on the phone..I guess, like everywhere else, they are short staffed ! And sometimes, there could be no answer.
My office visits are always a great experience! Dan Boland is so nice, and he’s very gentle and caring. I love his dapper attire.. as well as his great sense of humor. Thanks Dan!
Dr Ho is such a professional! He always lets you know exactly what’s going on and shares every single thing about your health, and in a very detailed way. He explains everything in a straight forward honest way and in great detail so there is no confusion. Dr Ho always enters the room with a smile and a warm welcome. He usually has a joke and, he genuinely cares for his patients. You feel like your the only patient he has in the world. He’s always very busy but he will give you as much time as you need. He wil address every single silly question or concern with genuine empathy and understanding. He’s the best Dr. I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Dr Ho and without any reservation. He is the “Real Deal” and a rare gem these days! Sad to say, but sincere, down to earth and loving doctors have become hard to find these days! This dr has incredible bedside manner!

Excellent, personalized care. All the personnel are expert, caring, careful, compassionate, helpful, and just plain nice. Dr. Shaye is absolutely up to date on all treatments, side effects, and options. He's also well aware of my condition from day to day, appointment to appointment. Couldn't ask for more or better.

In the world of oncology doctors and staff, practice is made up of Rock Stars! They aways answer all my questions and even tell me things about my treatment that I don't even know to ask about. I count my blessings to be in the care of Dr. Lashkari, Sara, Annie, Pearl and forgive me for not knowing the other names of the greatest staff in West Hills!
